Inventory

Documenting an art collection is of seminal importance in case of damage, fire, theft or other loss. Nixon Art Associates has developed a number of computer based documentation systems and databases that can collect and maintain comprehensive artwork information including location, condition, history and digital imaging. Our databases are purposely simple and easy to integrate with other existing asset management systems. We also can work with our clients' proprietary systems if requested.

In addition to a computer based system, physical inventory and imaging is necessary, especially when current inventories are outdated. On behalf of our clients with national locations, we have assembled and managed inventory teams at locations throughout the US.

NAA, Inc. also provides off-site storage for art collection records as a back up in case of loss or disaster.
